We collect the information you provide when requesting an estimation or booking a drop-off: your name, email, phone number, and details about your car (license plate, brand, model, year, mileage, condition). We also collect basic technical data (browser, device, IP) to operate and secure the site.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to estimate your car's value, contact you about your sale, schedule a drop-off, complete the transaction, and improve our service. We never sell your personal data.
4. Sharing with third parties
Once a buyer is confirmed for your car, we share the necessary vehicle and contact information with our vetted buyer network so the sale can be completed. We also use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) bound by confidentiality.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations under Swiss law. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and applicable EU GDPR rules, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain uses. Email info@carease.ch and we'll respond within 30 days.
